I know of 3 that don't have abs my thinking was they were probably 2012 leftovers re- titled to 2013

There are even numbers matching R3's that stated on the build sheet,ABS, but didn't have it. A couple of captains have confirmed that in th U.S.

My 2011 R3T has ABS one of the features that convinced me to buy it
