Good timing on the heads up, i'm in the recall and my bike is already at the stealership waiting on parts from a car hitting me back in September, so i guess i'll be waiting a little longer to get it back since they are going to have to order the parts for this as well. it put a crimp in the end of my riding season, but at least i still had the big blue one to play on, when it would decide to run somewhat correctly, that one has been an electrical nightmare this year especially with all of the relays, but it seems to be all sorted out now, but i still miss using the other one.

Once you perform the recall try to post pictures of the new part.
Bigger (maybe?). Definitely cleaner :)

I’ll be taking my TFC in when the wife’s Challenger is ready to come home. Season is getting spotty in TN this time of year but I’ve got other bikes to ride. Deer hunting is on but there are very few to be seen.

question is, should I go and get it replaced even though it works fine

I also got the notification. I would get it replaced as it sounds like a number of the members have had issues. They don’t have local stocks in Adelaide when I contacted the dealer, but they have ordered a number of them in and put me on the list. Expect the will be a world shortage for a while.
