Welcome from Germany! Sounds like you're well on your way to making it "your" bike. Since it's an 08 I'll warn you to check for the Eastern Beaver type relay work and the potential 2d gear issues. Seems most have ignition issues somewhere down the line without the first mod and about half of us have the gear issues (solved with the update kit). All in all though, a truly dependable beast and a blast to ride!!
