Arhh Therapy upon therapy!
I can see it now - a franchise chain of 'Polishers Whisky Therapy' bars where all devotees can come and polish their bits while drinking high end whiskey with a great profit margin. If you don't bring your own piece to polish, a rack of labelled brand bits from the local wreckers are near the entrance to allow the brand devotees to not be tainted by a foreign brand. To make it viable nationally you cater for any gearhead from vintage autos to bicycles
Instead of quiz nights you could have 'Team Polishing' with tables having identical decrepit parts to restore in about the time it takes to drink a bottle of fine spirits at each table at nip prices.
Every client gets issued a receipt for their bar tab at the end of the night as a 'Treatment' so they can claim on their health insurance.
