Engine had tendency to stumble at low rev so tried to mess with the TPS with TuneEcu.
Adjust ISCV mode
>adjusted step 1 to .6 V
>adjusted step 2 to .72 V
>after 15 sec TPS voltage comes back to .70 V and not to .6 V
the rpm hangs around 2500 rpm and takes 10-15 sec to come back to 800 rpm.
Also ,I had loosened the secondary TPS adjusting screw.how do I set secondary TPS through Tune Ecu

when I monitor throttle sensor voltage.Does both voltage need to match exactly
sesnor1:0.70V
sensor 2:0.73 V

I read your other post and from what is wrote I can not tell if you did it right. could you write out the full stepps you took and be speciffic so I can tell if you did it correctly. I have a sneaky suspition you did not do it right. Be ver specific in how you did it I know it sucks but you other thread and this one are to vague on how you did the ISCV reset.

I am going to go thru this from tune boy and asume the other software is the same. if not the other experts that use it can interject the differences.

Log into and connect tune boy dash with the ecu. go to sensors page. Eninge is on by=ut not running and pull the head light fuse to save battery power. Click ISCV reset once and the ecu sends a signal to to the stpper motor to fully retract . The dash asked you if the Primary TPS returned to .6 + or minus the .02 tolerance and if it is not it tells you to set adjust the TPS to read .60 volts. Then click ISCV reset once again. The stepper ,otor extends what would be the amount of .12 volts and asked you if you read the .12 volt change (it would read .72 volts if you setmit exactly to .60) The tune boy dash states if not you adjust the nut on the s tepper motor until it reads the .12 volt diference (you would adjust it to read .72 volts.) once this is done the dash tells you to click ISCV reset again once. and it tells you not to touch anything for 15 seconds while the ecu is sychronizing the sensors with the map. of it has the tune boy dash states click rest adaptives. after you hear the adaptive reset ( a bunch of clicking and motor movement. you are done. You can then either do a 12 minute tune or go riding and let the bike adapt.

If tune ecu is different some one who knows it should point out the differences.

Hope this helps

I wish I could explain the tune ecu but I am a tune boy supporter as they are the ones who make all the different and advanced maps everything else is a copy or hack how ever you want to justify it in your mind. Even copying a Triumph map is hacking it to utilize the program designed by them.
This is just my opinion take it as you see fit. If you do not agree I am not here to argue about it.
