Look I'm a numpty and haven't even looked at the thing, I know where it is but how difficult is it to remove the wire and where does it connect to? :?

So if any of you can give me clear step by step instructions on what to do and I'll give it a go :D

Bloody bike is retuning it's self after I load a tune, starts off fairly smooth then gets rougher and rougher on constant throttle, fine when pulling though can be hesitant at low revs!

Billy,
You first need to get one of these, it's a standard 18 mm bung plug (over here it is)

Then you will have to remove your rt side cover. and look for a plug and a wire that connects to the O2 sensor..mine is covered in tape to protect it from the elements, you can buy a dummy plug that will just plug right into it and protect it

You will notice the ECU with all the plugs going to it. This has to be removed (don't unplug anything from it, just remove the two star drive recess screws that hold it on. And then you will notice it's bracket just beneath it with allen head screws. You only need to remove the bottom screw and lossen the other ones a little just enough to slide the O2 sensor wire underneath the bracket. When installing the bung hole plug make sure you use a copper washer/gasket to seal it.

Did you "switch off" the 02 sensor with Tuneboy?
