2008 Rocket 3 Touring
Always ridden bikes since I was 16 that was 41 years ago, hell we even had bitumen roads back then. Many bikes over the years, Honda 4's, XS1100's, Suzi 1000, Triumph 68 Boneville, K series BMW's quite a few and now a Rocket 3 Touring to bring a smile on my dial, which it does quite successfully. Love my music as well, I'm a drummer, yeah yeah I know, disability. Played in many local bands. my influence in music was Uriah Heep, Deep purple, Alice Cooper, Black Sabbath, ZZ Top are just some of the bands I use to head bang to, oh you thought you were the first to do that mmmmm no. All of those bands I have seen live, let alone Master Apprentices, Cold Chisel AC/DC when they were another pub band, hey....what was that...sorry bit deeeef from listening to and playing music still. Mind you If it sounds good I like it, Blues, Rock what ever. Now for a scary question, anyone using a car tyre on their R3T and if you are what are you using and what does it feel like. Welcome box head sounds like you've had an interesting lifestyle.there is a few guys that run dark side ..they'll be along shortly .the dark side guys reckon they handle just fine .then there are the guys that would say youd only buy them because they are cheaper and better mileage. Then there is the issue about insurance coverage that vary from state to state
 
Welcome from the South Coast NSW where abouts in our sunburnt land are you based @Dean- would be best to tell you about a DS on a Touring and several of us on std's, classics and Roadsters run them
