wow i never seen a rocket all the time i lived up there, not sure i could do it again, winter is just to **** long, i'll probably be back up in the summer, might have to look for you, time permitting
 

Hello Colin757, and welcome to this forum. Like you, I'm an Englishman who has been living in the USA for 28 years (arrived November 1987). The difference is that I'm in Cleveland, Ohio and have been riding legally for 44 years.

You'll find the Rocket is a very special bike. Well before your first ride you'll learn that this forum is the absolute best!
 
Welcome Colin from central Illinois 65 mileswest of Chicago can be somewhere in the corn fields. What town are you near?

Just so you know coming from a guy that made the same mishap (that someone pointed out not so graciously) is you are posting to a thread that was last posted Feb, 2017. Colin left in May of 2017 and was never heard of again. If you are an honest to goodness time traveler then I apologize. Just pretend you knew this just like I did. Welcome aboard and glad to see another Cali resident.
