My 07 Classic came with one. You might ask the person you are getting it from.

Unfortunately, I got mine from a Honda dealer. The previous owner slapped on all kinds of Corbin stuff on it (bags, seats, fairing) but it looks like the shifter is original. I even need to find a replacement sissy bar etc. (not crazy about the Corbin trunk). I got used to the heel shifter on my last bike so kinda like them now.
