Hi all, I recently bought a Triumph... Spitfire. The engine seized 10 miles down the road and all I can think about now is swapping a Rocket engine into it. Joining the forum to learn about tech tips and potential issues to look out for with the Rockets.

Thanks all! I found a good core for the Spitifire engine, drove 12 hours round trip to secure it and spent that many more disassembling it and removing the bad engine. I just can't get excited about putting 60hp back into the car.

So I have put a deposit down on a 2008 Rocket Classic. No ABS or CANBUS to deal with and the gauges will look sweet in the dash of the Spitfire!
