Congrats on the new Rocket and welcome to the forum!
Rain is a good thing, it means there will be far less Harley's on the road,
if you don't like riding in it that's your thing, doesn't mean your not a rider,
personally I hate riding in high winds, some guys don't mind it at all.....

Never said that I 'like' riding in the rain .. just that I do it .. if it's raining and I need to get somewhere. Buy myself a car one day , when I'm old .. hahaha

Welcome to the Forum from Sunny South Florida , though for the last several months it's been more like living in Seattle Riding any motorcycle in the rain is a learned skill, but you must do it to learn it. Be prudent about twisting your right wrist and you'll be fine, even on a bike with as much poser as a Rocket. And BTW - I can recommend Avon Cobras as tires which are excellent in the rain - even in a Florida deluge (based on my personal experience with my R3T).
