Headlight off-center... Is that normal?

This may be Touring specific, but I'll ask here any way... I was installing my new windshield and noticed that my headlight is facing a bit off center... Is this normal? Is it for oncoming traffic or something?

Pic attached... If you frame the headlight with the pinstripe of the fender it skews to the right (looking at the front). Do all the R3T's do this or is it shoddy installation? I honestly never noticed it before...
