Fuel consumption

Just wondering if anyone can help as I would like to know what sort of klms yo get out of a rocket , my fuel light comes on with 13ltrs left in the tank and they have a 24ltr capacity. Iam getting around 200 on the first 11ltrs .
 
Hmmm, sounds like your light is coming on around a half tank. Mine comes on at a quarter tank. I reckon I get 160 miles for the first 3/4 at most. I am not sure how you adjust it so the light comes on at a lower amount. I have heard some people suggest removing the associated light bulb!
 
You adjust the light by bending the arm that holds the float on the fuel gauge, which is in the tank. You have to remove the fuel pump assembly from the bottom of the tank to do so. This also is where the fuel filter is, so often when someone changes the fuel filter the arm gets bent as the assembly is pulled out.

We JUST had a thread about fuel mileage, shouldn't be hard to find. There's a WIDE range depending on riding style and modifications.
 
Cheap gas! We have to drive so far to get anywhere, that cheap gas makes it doable! Beside water out of your own tap is plenty cheap. I have a well, and my pump uses a pittance in electricity.
