I spoke to Flip a few weeks ago and he indicated that the computer room meltdown that took down this site also took down his business and email servers. You might try to re-send the email just in case. He's always been prompt to respond before.
 
Flip just received my Thunderbird panniers yesterday. He sent me an e-mail stating that he had gotten them.

Currently he has about 9 more days to get his hay in so that is his priority for the moment but he is alive and well and I would imagine, in the evening, he will get to his e-mails.

Not sure what e-mail you are using but you might want to try this one:
