Fault codes

How do I find out what the fault codes mean. Just had engine warning light come on and shows secondary coil fault & codes PO 352 & 654, will the codes give greater detail & how do I find out? Thanks for all the answers that will be forthcoming showing me to be a complete wally.

You can look up the OBDII codes, just 'google' them.

From the on line service manual, The tach fault does not trigger the MIL

P0352 Ignition coil 2 circuit malfunction ( cylinder #2)
P0654 Tachometer circuit malfunction

I.m sure your right there, been in at dealers today to fix a fault with the speedo, on way home warning light came on, he thinks he's probably disturbed a lead. Can't get back to him yet so thought I'd have a look myself. Codes on the RAT forum come up with this :-

P0230 - fuel pump relay fault
P1231 - fuel pump relay open circuit
P0113 - intake air temperature to low
P0352 - ignition coil 2 malfunction
P1352 - ignition coil 2 open circuit/short circuit to ground

btw, all of the fault codes are in the Service Manual. Go to the .com site and locate any post by Bishop and the link to the manual is in his signature line.
