Hi
Just a quick one about exhaust heat wrap .
Having fitted a Jardine header but not wanting to fit the heat shields I thought I would run it with out .
Big red hot mistake ...these pipes get efing hot fast .to hot to live with .
So I tried some DEI titanium exhaust wrap .
At first I wrapped the whole thing but didn't like the look and couldn't get it to wrap right around the collector .
So I have ended up with a half way house minimal look and it works just great .
I was concerned that it might come loose but once its on there and once its been through a heat cycle or two it stays put also the pipe expands when hot I guess and helps to hold it in place .
Not sure about any performance advantages .
