Elkton MD Fire Dept Bike Show

Got handed a flyer the other day for the Singerly Volunteer Fire Dept 4th annual Ride In Motorcycle Show, held at 300 Newark Ave, Elkton MD 21921 on Sunday June 5th.
General admission is $3, show registration is $10 and their used bike corral is $8.
Flyer says 12 judged bike classes ... Antique, European, American, Radical Custom Import/American, Trike, Sport, Customer American/Import, Japanese and Women Rider with an overall best paint award.
Godspeed Extreme Motorcycle Stunt Show at 11am, 1pm &3pm.
Sign in 8-11am
Judging from 12-3pm
Trophies awarded at 4pm
Food and Vendors on the grounds.

The guy that gave me the flyer said he is one of the judges and that they frown on trailer queens. It's a ride in bike show and they expect to see sooty exhaust and bugs. LOL

same weekend as the Bennington Triumph Bash in VT. dang, now I have to choose.

I can't make Bennington this year so I'd have to say that I'm "in" on this one.

..it's a small show..usually a couple dozen bikes in the show..likewise for vendors..but it's for a good cause for a small town..my town..I won 3rd place with my VTX a couple of years ago..but it's all about the ride..right?..come on down, or up..

I'm going to enter Phoebe in the European class for ****s and grins, If for no other reason just to give the cause a little extra dough for the firemen. Think I should strip her down or just go in with the big ol' windscreen and bags?
