Ecta #9797

Butterflies in my stomache when I look at that gorgeous "bad ass" bike. What a good job. How much rwhp at this point? I bet Flip is on the money with his suggestion. You sure as hell don't want any extra drag on the front wheel at any speed much less at over 200

walt--good luck!! bike looks good !! and ready ta "whup" some butt!!

Thanks for all the sharp eyes and good wishes! Yes, I re-set the the front fender for a bit more clearance to allow for tire growth. Don't expect any 200 MPH passes... not possible with R3 gearing and 7500 RPM limit. I just maxed 192 MPH on the dyno in 5th @ 7400 RPM, and that's without any drag or rolling resistance. This go round I'm after my class B license, which means I have to make at least 4 passes at controlled speeds. I will not be hitting the fuel cut (7500) under any circumstances until I know how she handles up there.

Rookie Run (E): 125 MPH
Class D: 125 - 149 MPH
Class C: 150 - 174 MPH
Class B: 175 - 199 MPH

One mean ass looking bike any chance of a live video feed this weekend?
Remember Barry Sheen one race in the 70s his rear tyre expanded so much with the heat that it wedged tight and he went flying from the bike.

Walt ,
A year or so ago, I remember seeing a video
clip of a R3 @ Bonneville , it was N/A
Not sure what his speed was , either way...
Since R3's probably aren't run @ LSR events
very often , knowing he was in different class
Would you hold the record @ both tracks , as fastest R3
on record .
Hang on tight & good luck
PS : Should handle like your on a dyno with a Huge 192 MPH fan

blowing on you
