I have 24 oz. to put in a set of 4x4 truck tires and more for my other applications. I will never have to worry about slinging-off a lead weight.
I ran 3oz in a front tire and 4oz in the fatty rear and all was smooth as silk for 18k when I swapped out for Cobras. The Dyna Beads are perfect in a fresh set of Cobras as well.
Putting 'em in the 225/55/16 Raptor next week. Then heading out for a 5,000 mile ride to Sturgis, SD. Will give a report when I get back. The dealer that I deal with runs 'em in his bikes.
Been using them since I started changing my own tires. Smooth as silk in 4 sets of Avon Vemons on my Shadow and 1 set of Avon Cobras on my R3T. My brother also uses them on his Valkyrie Interstate.
Anybody use Dyna beads in tires that have pressure moitoring sensors?
I have an F-150 with a tire that I cannot get balanced with lead weights - it's too far out. I was considering Dyna Beads, but it has the automatic pressure moitoring system, with pressure monitors insider the tires. Would Dyna Beads screw it up?
