the tune ecu app via android phone connected to the bluetooth obd2 plugged into the bike did the trick...watch this to get the correct parts...

I got the same OCB2 bluetooth device as the one in this youtube video and got it to connect to the Tune ECU App on my phone via bluetooth ok, but could not connect to my Rocket 3R's ECM no matter what I tried...

It took me a couple of times to get it to go through. Unplug it, replug it.
