Criminal Stupidity...

I can't stand when I'm going 10-12 mph over posted and some azzhat has to be 2 ft off my bumper when he/she could either go around or wait for me to move over. So many times I just felt like slamming on the brakes.:banghead::banghead::banghead:
Pisses me off when some twerp is overtaking and barely above the speed limit and simply does not realize that I am sat on their tail waiting to get by - Tsk! ;) . Here they are usually texting. :coffee:

77 in the left lane on 70 mph speed limit road.

Seriously. Stay behind the truck.

Uh, no.
Seriously, accelerate to a reasonable speed (7 mph over the speed limit isn't unreasonable) to pass and get out of the left lane. What he did was perfectly fine, the flying milk dispenser behind him is the only one that needs to be told how to drive.

Virginia just enacted a law 1 July saying the left lane is for passing, NOT for cruising, and drivers sitting in the left lane can be ticketed.

We'll see how it plays out in practice.

For years we've referred to those folks as "driving as if they own the road."

Well she was just multitasking hahahaha
I hate people texting and messing with there phones

Well, the left lane lally-gaggers are not paying attention to the law on this side of town for sure. I still do more passing on the right than on the left.

We've had those laws down here for a while...doesn't seem to help much

Well in Pennsylvania we've had that law for 7 or 8 years. Unfortunately it seems the only time it gets used is if the cops want to pull over a suspected drunk driver.

Oh, and for years I've referred to those folks as a$$holes...

Here the law allows exceeding the limit by upto 20kph to overtake. Some take this to mean that sitting at 20kph in the left lane with the left indicator counts.
