From what I read it's only on the Capitol Building that it can't be displayed, or sold in the gift shop. It wasn't part of California's history anyway. They weren't a state at that time. It's really a non-issue. Some people just look for a reason to be offended.Slightly off topic but this is a Confederacy thread, I heard from an Alabama gal who lives over here near me that the confederate flag is banned from sale or public display? A google search mentions California banning it, is this true?
