Take a pineapple and cut it in half lengthwise. Dice the insides and whatever other fruit you have, and put the fruit chunks in the carved out pineapple half shell.
Take a fondue fork and skewer one of the chunks of fruit, roll it in brown sugar, roll it in the air over a bowl of flaming Brandy till the sugar caramelizes, dip it into some fresh whipped cream (not canned stuff), eat.
