Checking throttle body sync with Tuneboy?

Crossing this thread made me curious. I fired up my tuneboy diagnostic program and #1 and #2 run the exact same MAP value (approx. 790 or so) and #3 is about 20 or so less, no matter how much #1 and #2 fluctuate...
I don't have a cat to close up in the closet so that's not a good excuse for me: I vaguely recall mention of some reasoning why #3 is out of tune with the others. What that is/was, I'll have to defer to the exspurts; but, apparently there is a reason?
 
Hey thanks. Maybe it's ok? I'm still trying to get used to running a motor with an extra cylinder
 
I came from a V Twin also. I love the bike and the power. But it just doesn't make the Potato-Potato-Potato. OK maybe thats a good thing
 

That and I haven't had a single helmet or pair of gloves fall off of my seat since going British
 
Might be, but I thought that would be much less of a problem with a water-cooled engine.
