Want to Buy Black Tear Drop Mirrors for 2014 R3 Roadster (A9638033)

No my friend, I am not. I didn’t know these adapters were a thing.
But you asked the question and people learned... that's a good thing. Many don't realize the difference between metric and non metric (SAE) threaded parts. Most countries use metric measurements in their manufacturing processes especially in the auto industry. The US still uses SAE non metric for a lot of theirs. The adapters will allow you to fit pretty well any SAE or metric type of threaded mirror to your bike so long as the thread size fits the adapter.

My previous bike was a Triumph Bonneville America. It had the stock lollypop mirrors which I wanted to change to a different style. There were two solutions and one of them was to get the adaptors that have been linked in this thread. The other was to just change the mirror only and not the stem because the TBA had a mirror head that threaded on to the stem, and they listed other bikes that had the same arrangement and told me which mirrors would fit my stems. Easy Pezy.
It was the Bonneville forum that shared their knowledge to help me. As it is here, one of us has a question and someone else has a solution! It's forums like this that make the internet worthwhile.

This company has lots of mirrors for every taste and several different adapters to make any mirror work on your Rocket. They will also help you select what will work best for you. Good luck. I still like the Ebay ones.
