Welcome bigman, I have the fehling bars on my bike and yes the installation instructions really sucked as is none were included the bars were just thrown into a box which was half ripped open by the time I received it(effin krauts) but lucky I am a master of doing six piece jigsaw puzzles so after a few hours I finally figured it out

I am about to fit the Rivco Risers which move the bars 1" backward and 1" upward - similar price to changing the bars but could also be an option to think about. Others have installed them and swear by them.
I hope that you are enjoying the ride, keep us posted on what you decide.
