I dont know if its my shoes but my feet tend to slowly slide off the pegs on this bike like the rubber they use isn't super grippy. Is there any other options that would work better.

Ya need smaller feet! Thought it was just me, but apparently not, my boots tend to sit on the outer edge or just over the edge of the pegs as well. It's just not comfortable or sustainable for me to ride with the boot sitting closer in. So yeah, if there are pegs that are a little longer I'd be interested too.

I had a set of these left from my Husky te 610. Fastway pegs with little Allen screws you can have long or short. They were very grippy. Sorry this is the only pic I have you'll have to zoom. I took them off a while ago.

I am curious to what did you mount your highway pegs.

When I test rode one with the forward foot controls, I also found that my feet were tending to slide off the pegs.

At the time, my thoughts were that I would probably need to tilt the angle of the pegs upward slightly, to counteract the sliding.

I decided to go for the mid mount controls in the end, so I never looked in any detail regarding the issue, but I wonder if anyone else has tilted the pegs slightly upward (?)
