Anyone else having strange characters in thier print?

I have attached a picture of a page that has the problem. It has groups of characters that don't mean anything. Any ideas ? Fred

Seems you have to right click the pic then select view image to see it bigger.

I think I posted that before the recent site migration. During the process some punctuation has been replaced by these symbols.

That was caused by a latin/swedish database difference.
