I am sure Steve and Katy can steer you to some cool places, like Nada Tunnel, Red River Gorge. They are doing a Touring Service, just ask them or Hellraiser and Uncle Jesse, TheKid, or any number of other Kentuckians. There are two decent hotels in Pikeville. The Hampton near downtown which has a parking deck in case of bad weather and the Holiday Inn Express, both have great breakfasts. Eastern Kentucky now has a rather large free roaming elk herd, be careful. Lots of great roads to ride.
