7.5 Key fuse Blowing out

Yea I don’t see how that would be a fix. All you’re doing is changing the resistance in the circuit by upping the fuse size. If it’s popping a 7.5 by putting a 10 amp it’ll increase the amperage in the circuit. These manufacturers think keyless is the way to go… keyless sucks. I have a 2020 rocket 3r. I’ve owned it for 4 years and have put 47k miles on it. Only two issues in that time… one new battery, and the **** key fob. The key fob has been a nuisance the entire time I’ve owned the bike. I actually have a buddy who’s an automotive technician and a locomotive electrician. He said he’s going to look up some wiring schematics on my rocket and see about wiring in an actual ignition switch on the bike so I can make a physical key for it like a normal vehicle.
I have read a few posts about a recall abou changing the 7.5 fuse to a 10 amp.
Must have been a reason .
I think there is two 7.5 fuses and if ir was mine i would do both
Personally i would think that if it blows the 7.5 that I will blow the 10
Hth hermanll

I never claimed this to be a fix more like a test that has very little chance of a fix
the cost of this test would be about $2.00 for fuses and about 4 minutes of your time so if the price is to high i would say forget about this test and wait for someone to post the fix. now it probably will not tell you anything but it would tell me what i needed to know b4 moving on to the next test.
