7.5 Key fuse Blowing out

If there was an aftermarket system hooked up to that circuit like a horn or extra lights it will blow the fuse.

From my youtube viewing, I found out that Triumph has a bad batch of 7.5A fuses. Ones that were installed and ones that were included to use as a spare.

Thus, for a quick fix, it was recommended (again, for a quick fix), to use the included spare 10A fuse instead. Well, until the time you can roll up to an auto store to buy an unaffected 7.5A fuse.

So, if you have a Rocket that is like 3 years old or something, buy new fuses from a good source and replace, just in case.

I have a 2022 3R and after 5400 miles the 7.5 key fuse is blowing out while riding. The problem with this is the bike shuts completely down with no warning and won't restart. I replaced the 7.5 fuse and the bike would start a couple times and then blow out again. The bike cannot be ridden with this condition very unsafe. I was wondering if anyone has had this problem. Until I can start this bike and pull the 7.5 fuse without bike shutting down I'm done with it, this will get you killed. No Motorcycle should shut off like this over a key fuse. For safety sake I would suggest you start your bike and do the same. If it shuts down you have a problem because your one small fuse away from becoming a greasy spot on a busy road.
I am having the same problem, but with the headlight one!

What is the story on the 10amp battery fuse? The fuse box says 7.5amp
There is a recall- Triumph has upgraded the fuse to 10 amp.
