I placed my order Friday of last week, today I'm informed they have no status of when I'll get my ignition switch...as a merchant they are should update their customers especially if there's delays with an order, nothing from them, zero. I had to request updates to be told Triumph is not filling orders. My frustration is in a week wasted and I had to do the chasing to get status updates.

This will never happen again with 2wheelpros.

It’s coming from England, happens to me at hermys but they normally advise quickly continue with order or stop
