2006 Rocket 3000 miles
Temperature last couple of weeks in the high 80's and checked at this temp
Temp now and when measured the now around 55 to 65
Surprized to find 6 lbs loss in each tire .....Did not check my tires for 4 weeks.

After just filling up with nitrogen in my prious tires I was wondering if anyone has used or heard of using nitrogen in their Rocket tires???

I feel the Metzeler’s fitted to my R3 as STD are a harder touring compound rather than the performance tire I would rather have on my bike.
Can anyone recommend tires with better grip & braking characteristics for the R3? -->240/50 R16 rear; 150/80 R17 front
