    I talked to the shop and its 6 months out of warranty. =( I did check the tps sensor and its set at .65 and 100% is 3.58 to 3.8 which it does vary at full throttle and it does not reach a 100% only around 89 - 90.     Yeah that will be next. When i look at the tps sensor the 0% throttle position is at the correct voltage but when i open it wide open with the bike not running it only reaches 92% or 90%. Im reading this information of the ecu software. Is this normal on these bikes or could this sensor be whack?

    Well since I never addressed the ticking on the right side I found out what that was. The exhaust manifold bolts were only finger tight to the head. I rolled off all 6 off them with out a socket wrench. So that solves that weird noise. Getting new gaskets and re-installing to correct torque.
