No problem Tex. I hope it helps. If not, I know there are a whole lot of gurus on this site that can guide you through to a fix.

    Autotune Unresolved Issue

Tex, I had some of the same issues in the beginning. I found that my bike did not like the Tuneecu tune that Hans sent me along with his PCV AFR table. It would often die at least when cold start idling, but after she warmed up, there was no idle issue. I went to Tuneecu's site and downloaded...

    Autotune Unresolved Issue

Thanks Jim. I didn't even realize they had a new update for the firmware. I will give it a whirl and see if she will start trimming normally.

    Considering purchase of 2010 Roadster

Welcome! I have a 2010 Roadster as well. She has 10000 miles and no issues minus a dirty Gear Position Sensor which the guys on this forum helped me to fix in no time. Go for it!

Help Please..Check Engine Light/No Gear Indicator

Me too. Big relief to be a relatively easy fix. I'm a novice when it comes to turning wrenches so it is nice to have place to go and learn how to do things ourselves and save money in the process.:D

Help Please..Check Engine Light/No Gear Indicator

That would be a great question for Triumph....I swapped bikes on my last ride with a buddy. He wanted to try out the rocket, and I took his Harley FatBoy....with a 6 speed transmission. I figured if Harley could put it in a 96 cu in engine, why don't we have one in our 140 cu in? JMO

Help Please..Check Engine Light/No Gear Indicator

Thanks...will do on the grease. I have never used dialectic grease before (I'm a newbie; but hey I know how many CC's the Rocket has :D), so i will have to go by the parts store this weekend. I see it mentioned on the forum quite a bit.

Help Please..Check Engine Light/No Gear Indicator

Solution Gents, Thanks for all of the help, instructions, and PICS. When I was driving home this afternoon, I noticed that the gear indicator was reading all gears as per normal. When I got home, I hooked up the Tuneecu (thank God for freeware), and sure enough, it was the gear indicator...

Help Please..Check Engine Light/No Gear Indicator

Thanks Warp! I tried looking under Richards posts, and apparently there are over 100 pages....wow. Pics would be great! I don't know if you have Tuneecu, but do you happen to know if it reads fault codes, and if it can clear them? Thanks Bobby

Help Please..Check Engine Light/No Gear Indicator

Thanks for the heads up. I will have to be careful. I am going to look for Richards post to see what I can find. Hey Hans, How is your new AFR map going? I'm dying to be one of your guinea pigs when it is ready.:D

Help Please..Check Engine Light/No Gear Indicator

Thanks for the feedback. Can you tell me where the sensor is, and is it a simple removal to clean?

Help Please..Check Engine Light/No Gear Indicator

No GIPro. I am thinking that it may be the Gear Indicator Sensor, but I will have to do some research to find out where it is. However, I do not know if this would trip an engine light.

Help Please..Check Engine Light/No Gear Indicator

Gents, I drive a 2010 Roadster. On the way to work this morning, my check engine light came on and I noticed my Gear indicator remains in first regardless of what gear I am in (other than neutral). The bike appears to run normal, and there isn't any difficulty in shifting gears. I checked the...

    Autotune Unresolved Issue

Hans, I already switched the values last weekend and was hoping that was the answer to my problems, but when I checked her yesterday's after a week of driving, there was the same ol' problem. Hince my frustration. I can't wait until your new tables are made available to us. :). Bobby

    Autotune Unresolved Issue

Gents, I took the beast for a ride Saturday after accepting the trims on AT....BTW there were ALOT of them. For the first few miles she drove fine, and then she started losing power at constant throttle below 2000RPM range. When I got home and hooked her up to the computer, I found high...

    Autotune Unresolved Issue

Hans, I uploaded the map with the FL Switch map values as per your last post; reset the adaptations again, and took her for another spin. She is super smooth now; in fact, I believe she is smoother than she has ever been. Hopefully this will correct my AT Trim problem. I will plug the...

    Autotune Unresolved Issue

+1 to Warp Motolink, AT is supposed to be used to customize a fuel map based on your AFR settings. After you have driven some miles, and you plug into your PCV module with your PC software, you can will see your three tables appear on the left of the screen: AFR table, Trim Table, and Fuel...

    Autotune Unresolved Issue

Gents, I had some time today and decided to try the f-l switch table adjustments. I tried putting in all 3s, then re-uploaded the map, reset adaptions, and then cleared my trims on Hans' map. I then took her out for a test ride. She started out surging while applying throttle under 2000 RPM...

    Autotune Unresolved Issue

I have never heard of this.....can you describe this valve? I did remove all the "plumbing" of my airbox when I installed my 5 KN filters. Once I did this, I blocked off the hole going into the airbox from the engine side to keep my new beer box free of possible debris.
