    Aftermarket exhaust?

Another options this one I've just fitted, from Paul at www.vikingexhaust.com think the whole systems under NZ$2K so if your in the US its probably half that;). Very happy with it so far. If you contact him he may just supply you a muffler to bolt on as I know he's supplied some header to fit...

New header and exhaust fitted today

Picked up bike from the Harley Dealership this morning (they were the closest ones who had a Dyno, and seemed interested), while they had a few goes at converting me (good luck with that) the service was superb and they were good dudes, job was done far quicker than I asked for too. Am very...

    Robot riding a bike

My (and my wife's) question, is why? Seems cool at first look and there must be some serious physics computing going into this, thinking about the small changes a human constantly makes on a bike. But thinking about it whats it going to do? motorcycle courier? they have drones for that already...

    ****ed

Once you've crashed the bike a couple of times they soon seem reluctant to get on the back of it. Bam! solo seat again;). No don't do this, I have and its not fun

    Daymaker Type Headlights (Chinese Copies)

Nice, we get a lot of stuff off Ali-express and sometimes the qualities a bit questionable but sometimes you also strike gold. Pretty sure its where many shops source their stock from too. Have you got a link please, if its not too much trouble?

    I need a louder horn!!!

I ended up fitting the horn part of mine under the bike where the cat box used to be and put the air pump under the RHS cover, was a tight fir but it all went in. Had too much crap under the pertol tank to be able to get the air pump under there.

Gas light on at all times

This always amazes me, we work in facility maintenance and and we get calls like yours all the time too, "the flow switch keeps showing no flow, its faulty, come and replace it" "the pressure gauge shows no pressure, its faulty, come and replace it", this circuit breaker keeps popping, its...

Could strip 100lbs if you peeled all the stickers off it.

I think the mistake everyone's making here is referring to this as an HD, look at the parts build, the only HD parts left of the donor bike are the frame and the dog ugly front fairing by the looks. Not my cup of tea but someone will love it.

New header and exhaust fitted today

Both correct, Paul's just down the road from me and a regular stop for a cuppa. Pauls a lot more active on Facebook and the other site so I posted his exhaust here. www.vikingexhaust.com if anyone's interested, don't know how much he will be selling them for. Took it for a quick blast up the...

New header and exhaust fitted today

Hi Bull Thanks. Soon there will be a design for proper pressed steel heat shields to cover the headers, I'm not sure I'll need it though. The entire system is lighter than my old D&D muffler, there will also be crossover pipes (so you can have a LH muffler, or twin mufflers). A friend down...

New header and exhaust fitted today

Just got my new exhaust system today and instead of working ended up messing round in the garage this arvo fitting it up. Pretty excited its booked for a dyno tune next week, then off to be HPC coated, just sprayed black at moment with stove enamel to stop it rusting. Very happy with it and...
