You certainly should grease that, the manual recommends Mobil HP222 or equivalent to the driven flange (your photo).
I couldn't source any hp222 or xhp222 locally but I did get some sta lube staplex extreme pressure that is very very close on all the specs and exceeds some areas labelled, the only thing that is that far off is is temp rating and its only off by 36 degrees.
My brother was staying with me for a few months, and while here he was using 3 different AI platforms to code software for sailing his boat across the Atlantic Ocean. What gets me is as soon as you told me that it needs hp222 I called that thing I called it out after you told me it needs greased, I told it I cannot trust it any longer ... Lol I did have pretty good luck with it though with painting my crash bars... They did turn out pretty good thanks to Google AI... I hate even saying that but it is true I guess you have to take extreme caution on what it says.
