Recently noticed when you let the clutch out without adding any throttle the RPM increases 100 or so RPM on its own. Kinda interesting since all other bikes I've owned the RPM drops as you let the clucth out.

My Speed Triple does the same thing. It's part of its fuel injection and quick shifter system to ensure you don't stall the motor. I'm surprised your Rocket does it since it's not as peaky a motor as my S3. If you have a quick shifter that may be the reason.

No quick shifter but maybe it does it because it is an option on this bike so its just built in.

I'll have to pay attention to look for that. Today might be first ride of the season for the Rocket. Still freezing out though. 🥶
Supposed to be 47 here later. Was thinking about going home to grab the bike at lunch time but its only going to be 34 by then. I have the stuff to ride in that temp but I dont trust that any ice that may have formed over night would be liquid by then.

I noticed it early on, think it's a really good feature, lets you walk the bike around feathering the clutch really easily. Helpful slowly lane filtering too.
Yea I just noticed it, it s a good feature for sure. Don't even have to hit the throttle to get going in first if u let it out slow enough.
