...more on the 2020 models

That's one thing Triumph has never done.... make a full blown long distance hauler in a cruiser format (unless you call the Rocket Touring model one). Yes they made the Sprint and Trophy and I guess the Rocket Tourer but all of those were discontinued. Is Triumph gun-shy???

imagine a couple of these beauties swinging on the side of the new Rocket!!

nice work...can you add more front guard too? To me, that guard is too short, if you go thru wet roadworks mud will be everywhere...look how short it is.
Again, as much as I love the look of 'most' of the bike I'm certain that The Triumph engineers would shutter at this bike in the rain. I don't think it was designed for hard rain, wet roadways and any kind of loose road riding. There is a certain group I believe they are trying to appeal to. I hope i'm not one of them but I guess I have been called worse.

We have a heap of road works going on here in Canterbury...it's been that way since the 'Big' earthquake...down to one lane with 'stop/go' people or traffic lights either end. Of course when there has been rain it gets messy and so you gotta go very quietly thru if you dont want to be cleaning the bike with a toothbrush later! That front guard on the new Rockets is very short and if you can imagine stuff flicking up off the tyre it would go almost up to the steering head!!

I’ve seen guys ride these things on an 8000 mile trip, they think it is fine for touring.
