I’m fine with either. As long as I get quieter pipes without coming out of pocket then I’m happy.
 
Team, just to close the loop, the TORs are gone and I’m back to stock pipes. I am however looking for some help on moving my pegs back. Like, waaay back. Any feedback would be much appreciated!
 
RAASK make/made a flimsy looking pair of rear sets. I also have some custom made ones using Rizoma Yammie R1 rear sets with CNC billet blocks that bolt on to the rear bottom engine mount. One side of the CNC blocks is castellated to lock into the castellated R3 fitting.

I have since bought spare out of production Rizoma parts and have 3 sets of matching new pegs and gear/brake pedals and machined shafts/linkages. These CNC billet parts were made at great expense for a now deceased rider who had them on a Carpenterised R3 here in Australia. He died riding a BMW sports not the R3.

You can also do a swap over for later Roadster foot rail and peg position. Either way is about AU$750 -$1500 depending which way you go and what you source/find NOS or used.
