    Sounds like a crook lead from battery to solenoid if you jumped it...or the battery is just not up to scratch. Try jumping off anther battery ie car battery...

    I started it about 4 weeks ago & only pulled starter out as I changed it to one of the other bikes to eliminate a problem. Wasn't expecting oil to gush out & the bit that pi*d me off was it went all over my garage carpet 😂 I'll have to learnt to put a tray under it next time 😎

    Howdy, removed starter motor on one of my Rockets & about a liter of oil poured out 🤷‍♂️ I haven't had this happen before? Is there a non-return valve where the oil tank fits to engine? Anyone had this happen? Cheers.

    Yes in my case...starter relay click = clean starter button 😅🚀

    One of my Rockets had the dreaded click for a while...I was a bit lazy, but finally pulled the starter button out of the switch block & sanded both surfaces...no problems now 👍

    Bought this bike about 3.5 months ago, was fully submerged in a cyclone here in NZ. Every nook & crany had mud in it 😳 Fully stripped a rebuilt. Lots more learnt along the way. Enjoyed doing it & now enjoy riding it 😎✌️🚀🚀🚀
