    Sounds like a crook injector. If its that it won't show up a fault code. Best way is to buy a cheap injector cleaner kit & test all three. If it doesn't open & spray that will be your problem.     If you find a map that's not compatible with your ecu, (eg roadster map) but has same setup, you can copy & then paste the values into your existing map. You would need to then re download it to ecu.

    With the O2 sensor unchecked you don't have to unplug it. When you uncheck O2 you need save tune & re flash ecu.

    I see with these 2.5 bikes its a bit more complicated...why do they do this to us old folks 🤷‍♂️😅 Hell I just unticked 2nd tps & chucked the stepper motor in the air box on 2 of my roadsters...keeping it simple 😂🚀

    Yes technically the voltage shouldn't change for the fan that would make it run slower? Perhaps you need to change the temperature for when the fan kicks in...fan running in earlier should keep the bike cooler when in traffic 🤔

    Hate that click click...I have done this fix to 2 of my Rockets & zero problems since. I tried the other way with the extra relay & it wouldn't work but this way did 🤷‍♂️ One an 06 & other 10 roadster.

    If its the ones that are made in China, I have got one on 1 of mine. Some minor adjustments are needed here & there before fitting properly, but nothing major. I got it pressure tested first before final painting & fitting. Had it on for around 5 years with no problems at all. 🚀
