    Lube the splines...

The bend at the left holds the driveshaft up enough for the diff to locate on the spline, once it has you simply pull the plastic out & push home.

Need information, A measuring tape, some time, and the 2004-2009 Rocket III. (Added photos of cats!)

Did some rough measurements on 4 of mine 2x06 1x05 ( one even has a 16 Roadster engine in a classic frame) & they all appear the same. Will get back with more accurate tomorrow ๐Ÿค˜๐Ÿ˜Ž๐Ÿš€

Purchasing radiator cap for a 2005 Rocket 3

Most of the caps I've come across that leak are because the 2 tabs bend down a bit over time if they're taken off a few times. Get pliers or tap those 2 taps up & it will fit tighter & stop leaking. Pushing down on the cap when putting back on helps.

Hi RS, I'm having the same problem with stepper motor. Tried everything I know & it's bugging me now! Could you explain how you wired the resistors in thanks. & does this mean there is no need for the stepper motor & second tps anymore?? Many thanks ๐Ÿ˜Š

    Drive Shaft

I think the engine is an 04, someone painted it black. At this stage it's only a spare engine as i have bought another with some front end damage & that's an 05. If i put the 04 engine into anything I will take another look & change as i have a brand new torsion upgrade kit with bearings & case...

    Drive Shaft

I could see the torsion bearing in that pic, it was not sealed that side & the other end was double sealed.

    Drive Shaft

Update: after taking clutch out I found the thin gear change return spring had popped off, so I have all gears now & no need to split engine. Being a supposedly 09...but is a silver engine that's been painted black (someone did a swap at some stage) I also took the torsion damper off to check...
