    The 2 cats are in the 2 exhaust pipes... so you need to replace the pipes with tors or some other after market pipes.

    Bike runs a lot smoother with the new pipes and tune. Seems to me more responsive to the throttle without being 'jerky' like the stock set up seemed to be for me. Sound is nice without being overbearing. (wife didn't complain). Did have one backfire this morning when downshifting..

    Getting the TORS put on my R3T today and the new tune loaded. Next will be getting the 3 k&n filters that fit under the bear claw and removing the snorkel. Then taking it to the dyno guy down the road to tweak it a bit. Figure I might as well get the most I can out of it..

    From the aluminum rims of my R3T?... I kept it in a heated garage all winter but still got some pitting on the rims.. gah.. Then there is the access problem to the rear rim.. its a PITA. Any ideas?

  10. R3T - another recall - for GPS???

    My dealer says his computer shows no outstanding recalls for the GPS. I'll ask again for an update when I am up there tomorrow picking it up.

    Exactly what I found out... the factory harness is really tight from under the tank to the battery box. Other then that, its been a good alarm.

    My rear leak was fixed by putting a copper washer under the bolt holding the sensor on (done by the dealer).. haven't had a leak since.

    Yes I got the auxilary lift(Black Jack 1000).. it comes with inserts that you can put in the top depending on the diameter of your frame.. The auxilary lift makes changing the tires pretty easy.
