  2. Blinkers (Indicators)

Can anyone put up a couple of pictures of modified blinkers on their bike? I'm looking at getting bullet blinkers front and back. I can see the back blinkers being added but not sure how the front blinkers would fit to the arms already there. Any pics or links appreciated.
  3. Integrated LED strip with brake light and blinkers

Thanks Owl, I found a similar place on Sydney by looking around on the net. Also looks like they like to deal mainly with Hardleys so I'll work on them as well  Thanks for your help guys. I originally thought of doing one or two mods but now my list is up to ten jobs now  It's...
  4. Integrated LED strip with brake light and blinkers

hey owl, love the bike. Looks great. mate, that is exactly what I'm after. You have even chopped the rear guard. What you have done to the rear is exactly what I plan to do. Did you get someone to do it? Cause that's a good job with building in the recess. Any info or a link to a...
  5. Integrated LED strip with brake light and blinkers

Thanks heaps LMG. Would love to see Owl's bike. Thanks for the link. I think this is what I'm after but it would be good to see a picture of it on a bike. http://www.customdynamics.com/integrate ... t_bars.htm
  6. Integrated LED strip with brake light and blinkers

Can anyone point me in the direction of where I can purchase one of the LED strips that have the brake light and blinkers in the one unit? I haven't seen one recently but they seem to be a centimeter or so thick and can be positioned along the back edge of the rear guard. Can't find a photo...
  7. Some Numbers on the Roadster

Okay fellas, here goes a long post. Firstly, I am not mechanically minded and I have never used Tuneboy. As such, some of the post may not be in the correct terminology or I may not explain it properly. I didn't even know bikes had butterflies in them. Don't bother arguing or criticising with...
  8. accessory "silencers" vs stock cans

Hey Och,Dougl, No, mine aren't similar. I posted a link to a photo before they were put on the bike in the thread 'Making the Roadster Lighter'. They were still on the ground but it gives you an idea. It also shows a different exhaust he is doing for the Roadster which looks bloody good. My...
  9. accessory "silencers" vs stock cans

Well, when it's done by the bloke who invented Tuneboy I'll take my chances.
  10. accessory "silencers" vs stock cans

At least I know it will be done right:) I didn't know Wayne before, just knew a bloke who knew him and a phone call or two later and it was sorted. I just happened to be Johnny-on-the-spot!
  11. accessory "silencers" vs stock cans

I don't know too much about Tuneboy having never used it before but my Roadster is the first one Wayne has gotten his hands on and he is using that to make up future tunes for the Roadster.
  12. accessory "silencers" vs stock cans

Hey Och2pot, Why don't you send Foran an email? I am loving the look of my new pipes. I immediately noticed the bike felt lighter and more responsive, probably due to better air flow. The bike is with Wayne from Tuneboy at the moment. He is taking every restriction off it and chucking some...
  13. Making the Roadster lighter..

If I have managed to figure out this photobucket thing I have some pictures for you to see. You'll see my new exhaust laying on a box after the first coat of paint. Gives you an idea of the side. The exhaust doesn't come out wider than the rear footpegs. The next photo shows the owner of Foran...
  14. Making the Roadster lighter..

Will definately put some up on sunday or monday after the rally. Might put a couple up that I took today with the iphone. Only shows the bike being worked on without pipes and the new pipes on the ground but they will give you an idea. Got mine from a shop in Sydney but won't name them. The...
  15. Making the Roadster lighter..

After having my Roadster for a month I have just got a new exhaust by Foran Exhausts put on. I weighed the stock exhausts. They come in at about 17.8kg. The new one is a touch under 5kg. So a weight saving of 13kg overall. If my maths is correct that's already 3.5% of total weight. I got small...
