    Its only got about 3000 kilometres on it and doesn't sit out in the sun. I might try and peal back the stripe under the seat or something out of the way first.

    No, they aren't under the clear because the matte paint doesn't have clear, it being matte and all :wink:

    I bought a new 2014 Roadster in Matte Black at the start of the year and I'm toying with the idea of de-striping it. Has anyone done this ?? I know they're stickers but I'm not sure if the stripes are bonded to the paint somehow.

    I'm looking at kitting my new R3R out as a bagger and currently weighing up the options. I love the Corbin Beetle bags but over here in Ireland they will cost me €2400 so they're a big investment. Also I hear the rear dresser bars wont work with them in the event of a stray car door or tip...
