    Laid it down - Twice!

    1 Gravel on a curve, 2 Wet metal plate on a curve, 3 Maneuvering around stopped traffic on a steep incline, someone else had the same idea, didn't look for me. The first two I was under 20, the third one I was 50, so I had a good run! ;)

    Welcome! When I was buying my bike (same as yours) the salesman was trying to sell me tire insurance, "naw, I'm good", then he told me how much the tires cost to replace. I now have tire insurance. ;)

    As a wise man once told me many years ago, "The slower you're going, the more likely you are to lay it down". In 40 years I've laid bikes down three times, all under 5 MPH.

    I just picked up the backrest for my 2022 3R in black, haven't put it on yet, I'll post a pick when I do. I was hoping it would be a simpler on/off, as I prefer the look of the bike without it, but the wife keeps complaining about flying off the back.:cool:
