    as i recall, mine came with a relay also. They were fairly easy to setup, hardest part was threading the tiny wires through the right places. Someone here may have a copy of the installation instructions, i'll look around.

    I have a solo fast gun corbin that does have the latch pin from the factory. I have assumed that only the larger seats do not have the latch pins. I also have a dual tourer that I have added my own latch pin to. Works fine.

    Sounds familiar. I should have mine back from the shop Friday. Hopefully. I am sponsoring a charity run and would hate to have to ride my old adventurer, especially 2 up. That bike seems so tiny after being use to the rocket.

    I'm gonna try the barnett one more time. The one in mine was the prototype and lasted 10k miles. They changed the design a bit since mine was purchased.

    Found it Well, the clutch was the culprit, all of the discs were burnt bad. Nothing slipped, it just went out all at once.

    Yes, it goes through the gears since you can go 1 down and 4 up. The neutral light comes on as well when it goes in neutral. If it were the gear actuator you could just press down or up forever.

    Warp: from your description, there is no way it could be the lifter shaft in my case. Since the bike will not move at all. You can put it in any gear and start it up and it will not move. My bike has no drive whatsoever. It's in the shop now.
