    If you are on Facebook give Donna Browne a holler. She raced her R3 for a few years and she may have some ideas of what did and didn't work. She is running with a Hyabusa now with either a turbo or SC, I can't remember what. bob

    rear tire pressure goes down to 25 or so psi if it sits 2 days or more.

    I would be looking at a bad valve stem, or a bad tire to rim seal due to debris or corrosion. It could also be a very small puncture but seeing how it was there from new that may not be the cause.There just isn't that many things to cause an air loss so it should be straight forward to find it...

    I have had pretty good luck getting stuff from Adept Powersports. I have also had a friendly dealer do a nationwide search for parts and a even friendlier guy spend a couple of hours searching a stock room for parts that got shoved behind other stuff. bob

    I got crazy this spring. I had fuel issues so I replaced all of the fuel tank consumable internals (rubber, filters, pump, ) and while I was doing that I decided to replace my valve cover gasket because of a small leak on a corner. I put Samco hoses on the cooling system and replaced the coolant...

    A road trip is never a bad idea. I have taken road trips on much smaller bikes and one of the best road tripping bikes I ever had was a '75 850 Norton. That thing took me everywhere! bob

    Thailand earthquake

    What surprised me was the shaking in Bangkok which was 600 miles from the epicenter. It was a pretty shallow quake (10km) so that may be the reason it was felt over such a wide area. bob

    I bought it a new gun to take along on rides but because the legal rights of a motorcycle to own and carry firearms has yet to be taken up by the courts I have decided I will carry it for the bike, just in case there are questions. ;) bob
