    T-Rex engine guards

Check chinese ones on Amazon or ali. They look more traditional but probably a ****tier metal.

    Fuel gauge

Mine also shows one bar less if you don't fill it all the way. By looking into the tank it might look like it is full, but it is not. You need to be brave and with a slow flowing fuel, add more. It then will show all the bars. Fill like to the metal plate.

    T-Rex engine guards

https://www.t-rex-racing.com/Triumph-Rocket-3-GT-R-Engine-Guard-Crash-Cages-p/n15-20eg.htm PS: I always hated how t-rex designed their stuff. Their designs are more for dirt/AVD motorcycles, but when they do something sporty or for cruisers, it still looks like for AVD still, thus, a mismatch...

    12v Constant under screen housing

You can buy Thunder Box (TB) - HealTech Electronics Ltd. (ebay is a good source). You can get one or two rail versions, I'd recommend 2 rail, it is a bit more expensive but can split the use into 2 tiers. No need to remove tank. Only if you really want to.

Floorboards - attempt to have floorboards on the Rocket 3 GT from the available parts made for other motorcycles

Can you be more specific? The lowering bracket is bolted directly to the floorboards.

Floorboards - attempt to have floorboards on the Rocket 3 GT from the available parts made for other motorcycles

Now, how was it, the first ride? Loved it. First 30mins was a bit odd. But then, nirvana. Was a bit louder than usual, as my knees were screaming the whole 4 hour ride: "Thank you, thank you, thank you!" Seriously, the range of knee angle is outstanding. You can even use it as full highway...

Floorboards - attempt to have floorboards on the Rocket 3 GT from the available parts made for other motorcycles

Installation: Had to make these changes: 1) As I said originally, the connector (one that goes in where your original pegs connected to the bike) is 99% like you need. I had to shave about 1mm, maybe 0.9mm. I used a belt sander, about 5mins each. You can get away with a file. Main thing, don't...

Would you advise then how to measure correctly?

Floorboards - attempt to have floorboards on the Rocket 3 GT from the available parts made for other motorcycles

Before my biggest hurdle was how to lower the floorboards, as without any sort of lowering the boot would not safely fit under the speed selecting lever. I know I used a wrong shoe type for the pic, the only one I had handy at the time of taking pics. But as you can see, the clearance seems to...

Floorboards - attempt to have floorboards on the Rocket 3 GT from the available parts made for other motorcycles

These are Chinese parts that were donors. You can also find these a-plenty on AliExpress, no need to use Amazon. I generally buy from Ali myself but I found that Amazon that ships sooner had comparable pricing to Ali, so I went with these on Amazon. Main floorboards with discarded connector...

    Floorboards/Footboards on a Rocket

So, not to take over the thread, I started a standalone about my continuing attempt: Floorboards - attempt to have floorboards on the Rocket 3 GT from the available parts made for other motorcycles

I have not yet fully tested, just assembled enough for pics so far.

Notice how the floorboards have 2 ways to "collapse". First is the retained original movement in the arm. Second, the choice of floorboards that have their own hinge too. So, 2 safe ways to give in when turning hard.

Used about $200 to buy Chinese floorboards to get parts from to get this setup.
