Anyone in Northern California with the Werkes exhaust installed?

You can control amount of "sound" with a bit of assembly: There is a post of mine on this forum addressing all this in more detail.

Rocket is not a motorcycle one can ride in shorts

You are preaching the choir, brother. They didn't even finish their sentence with "ATGATT or don't ride at all". Lol, they are so stupid, stupid to live! I don't even know why people start riding motorcycles if they are not ATGATT. I personally fell in love with the romanticism of riding a two...

Caved in, added some storage, a hard tail bag

Careful how you attach straps, they tend to leave marks from all the movement.

Caved in, added some storage, a hard tail bag

I didn't actively use the bag, the whole thing was just a study, a photoshoot to see how it would go, to discover all the options I had. I have another bagger motorcycle, so I don't really use Rocket when I need to haul stuff. But I'd strap to the shown bag to the rear of G model's backrest...

Rocket is not a motorcycle one can ride in shorts

So, rode in shorts and cooked my right leg. Yeap, that is the gist. In the summer, can't ride in shorts or the sun will burn the knees to a crisp, in winter, when one can finally ride in daytime, it is the radiator fan output that broils the leg. I guess, you can do it on a highway, maybe a...

Yeah, if you need something big without much modification, here was my "study" of the situation with a dedicated motorcycle bag:

Caved in, added some storage, a hard tail bag

Yes, still happy. Though, my load is rather light, like glasses, rain gear, a rag + a bit of Windex, spare shirt and socks, in case I get wet still. Thing is, apparently the manuf rack can hold like 6lb only.. Or it might crack and you might lose your tail box, at worst. I don't think you can...

Are there better pegs that will fit our bike

I am curious to what did you mount your highway pegs.

Display, any one know how to take this apart, pin broke on back second one after less then 200 miles dont want to spend another 1,500 USD.

Evidently it is ultrasonically-welded, sealed unit. In other words, you can remove it from the bike, but opening the housing requires physically cutting the perimeter weld (Dremel) and then re-sealing; it isn’t designed to be serviceable.

Question for those who installed Carbon Parts

Well, you got to be more proactive than that to wait for things to be handed. Got to go out, explore, find, consume, have sex with.

Question for those who installed Carbon Parts

I don't know if I was lucky, but it was surprisingly smooth sailing. In general I hated changing the radiator shroud but it was more to how Triumph designed it, rather than any issue with carbon parts. I feel like radiator shroud is just a horrible design by itself. It is not just over...
