Thanks Mucho.
I shall check it out.

I was able to rent the machine from a physio therapy clinic. Insurance had to pay. 150. Dollar for 3 weeks . it is worth it. I would give the machine 10 out of 10 for its effectiveness. It could be used on most parts of the body

Hello Cliff, hope you heal quickly. My surgery was a tad different than yours; I smacked the Rockies with my VMAX back in Aug 2009. The Ortho who put my left arm back to gether said doing push-ups would be pretty hard on me and doing pull-ups would be right out. My left tricep was destroyed as well. He said riding a motorcycle is not a good idea as I can most likely expect no more than 40-50% usage from the left arm. Well, I did my P/T as directed and a little more each week. I did a test ride about 3 months after the surgery and it felt good, of course that was on a lite bike, (Ducati Monster 1100 I think). I bought my rehab bike in the the spring of 2010, an FZ1 and learned my arm was far better off than the doc said. I met Bambi in a curve in Aug of 2011 and fracutured my sterum down the middle. More P/T and many more test rides before I bought the R3T. The point is, the P/T is no joke and really does help. My work requires me to be somewhat fit and I do pull ups now and free climb ropes.
In addition to what your are ding now, my P/T had me do hot/cold therapy. She would put a hot pack on for 15 minutes, then a cold pack for 15. I would go through three sets of this twice a day. The hot brings in new blood flow for healing, the cold reduces swelling she said. Doing it back to back like these flushes the area and promotes faster recovery' I think it helped my situation. You may want to ask yours if this is a good idea for your situation.
Good luck brother and I hope you are back in the saddle quickly.

That ice pack system looks awesome, might have to see how I go and invest in one I think, might have to wait for the aussie dollar to pick up first.....I need no surgery on my hand which is great news, but still waiting on my back..
